NEW!  Announcing the IREM Dallas Future Leaders Program

Built for early-career CRE professionals serious about growing within the IREM community, we are excited to announce the launch of this new program, accepting applications in 2026 for the first cohort to begin in 2027.

About the Program

The IREM Dallas Chapter Future Leaders Program is designed to identify, develop, and empower the next generation of commercial real estate professionals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Selected participants will gain access to exclusive networking, mentorship, education, and leadership development opportunities within the IREM community. 

What Participants Receive

• Priority access to IREM Dallas chapter events, roundtables, and networking receptions
• Mentorship pairing with an experienced IREM member or CPM designee
• Opportunities to serve on IREM Dallas committees and leadership teams
• Recognition at chapter events and in chapter communications
• Professional development sessions focused on CRE skills and career growth
• Access to a peer cohort network of fellow rising professionals
